These times include use of bride's and groom's room. ​​

To book your event, we require a $500 deposit. If a wedding is cancelled within 30 days of the date, the deposit is non-refundable. Furthermore, if the venue or surrounding area is damaged in any shape or form after the event, deposit will NOT be returned. Check or cash only accepted. This is NOT part of payment. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Whichever Wedding option is chosen, that package includes the setup, hosting of the event, and cleanup.
Example: Single Day Wedding is setting up in the morning, hosting the wedding, then cleanup, and all personal items cleared out before leaving the venue that night.

​Additional Notes:
***Food must come prepared to the venue, it may be warmed up in our oven or kept warmed in the warming drawer. Before leaving, MAKE SURE oven and warming drawer are TURNED OFF.

***Cleanup: Wipe up water/liquid spills on bar, oven/warming drawer, buffet tables, the floor. Dump out liquids before putting bottles or cups in trash. ​​

(Birthday Party, Bridal/Baby Shower, Family Reunion, any non-wedding event)
